Pricing
Unless otherwise agreed at any time of booking all prices quoted or charged are on the basis of two persons sharing a room and are inclusive of breakfast.

Guests with children and / or pets will be subject to different rates. The inclusion of children and / or pets must be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Access
These prices apply to traditional Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

Deposits
All bookings are subject to the first night being paid, in advance, as a deposit. In the event of a 'no show' this deposit is forfeit and a charge will be made for the remaining nights of the booking if it not possible to rebook the room/s.

Cancellation
In the unhappy event that you are unable to stay with us, refunds will be considered if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to expected arrival. A refund will be made if we are able to re-let the room/s.

As per the law we are entitled to invoice customers for the whole of their booking if the room/s remains un-let. We will do all in our power to re-let the accommodation. Therefore the more notice we have of cancellation, the better.
